Return & Refund Policy
At The Real Leather Store, every jacket is handmade to order by skilled artisans. Because each piece is created exclusively for you. our policy is designed to protect the integrity of our craftsmanship while ensuring fairness to our customers.
Policy Overview:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Approved defective returns are shipped back by mail using our prepaid label; refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt/inspection.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases of damaged items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or size preference. Please review our sizing guide before ordering.
Custom made jackets are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange except in the case of damage, defect or not as described (covered as above).
Return Conditions (for eligible returns)

Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

If an eligible item is returned used, missing parts or not in resalable condition, a documented refurbishment/restocking fee up to 30% may apply.

Restocking fees never apply to damaged/defective returns or our shipping errors.

Refunds
